Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getoutboundleads.com and the lead generation services provided by Get Outbound Leads, operated by Flowroots ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or engaging our services, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms. A signed service agreement between you and us, where one exists, takes precedence over these Terms.

1. The service

We run cold email outreach on your behalf to prospects that match the ideal customer profile you provide, handle replies, and book sales calls with interested prospects into your calendar. We send from our own systems. We do not send from your email address or domain unless agreed in writing.

2. What you provide

You provide a description of your ideal customer and your offer, a scheduling link, and any information we reasonably request to represent your business accurately. You confirm that everything you provide is accurate and that you have the right to offer the products or services we promote on your behalf.

3. Prospect list approval

Before outreach begins, we share the list of target companies and contacts with you. You approve the list, and may remove anyone from it, before launch and at any time after. Only prospects on an approved list can produce billable calls.

4. Fees

You pay a one-time registration fee of $500, charged before outreach begins. There is no retainer, no monthly fee, and no charge for tools, data, or sending. After registration, you pay a flat fee per Qualified Call, at the rate agreed between us in writing before launch.

A "Qualified Call" is a sales call that meets all of the following: (a) the prospect is on a list you approved; (b) the prospect's interest was generated by our outreach; and (c) the call was booked on your calendar and you had the opportunity to cancel it before it took place. A call becomes billable when it is booked.

5. Weekly billing

Once a week, we send you the list of Qualified Calls booked during that week. You have 24 hours from receipt to dispute any call in writing, with the reason. Calls not disputed within that window are final and are charged to the payment method you keep on file. Weeks with no Qualified Calls have no charge. We review disputes in good faith and remove any call that did not meet the definition above.

If a charge fails or an invoice is unpaid, we may pause outreach until the balance is settled.

6. Term and cancellation

The service runs month to month with no minimum term. Either party may stop at any time with written notice. Qualified Calls booked before cancellation remain payable, including calls scheduled to take place after the cancellation date.

7. No guarantee of outcomes

We work to book as many Qualified Calls as we can, but we do not guarantee a specific number of calls, the attendance of any prospect, or that any call will result in a sale. Closing deals is your responsibility.

8. Compliance

We run outreach in line with applicable commercial email laws, including identifying the sender and honoring opt-out requests. You agree not to ask us to promote anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes the rights of others.

9. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's non-public business information confidential and uses it only to perform the service.

10. Ownership

Our sending systems, methods, templates, and tools remain ours. Information about your business that you share with us remains yours.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version is posted on this page with a new date. Changes to fees for an active engagement require your written agreement.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed service agreement says otherwise.
