This policy explains how Get Outbound Leads, operated by Flowroots ("we", "us"), handles personal information collected through getoutboundleads.com and in the course of providing our services.
1. Information we collect
From website visitors. We use Plausible Analytics, which measures visits without cookies and without collecting personal data. When you book a call, the scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects the details you enter, such as your name, email, and company.
From clients. Business contact details, billing details handled by our payment provider, and the information you share about your business and ideal customer.
About prospects. To run outreach for our clients, we process business contact information about professionals, such as name, job title, company, and work email, obtained from publicly available sources and commercial B2B data providers.
2. How we use it
To respond to inquiries and book calls, to deliver and bill for our services, to run business-to-business outreach on behalf of our clients, and to improve our service. We rely on our legitimate interest in conducting and promoting B2B services, or on contract performance, as applicable.
3. Opting out
Every outreach email gives the recipient a way to opt out. If you received an email from us and do not want to hear from us again, reply to it or write to shahar@flowroots.com and we will add you to our suppression list.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example email sending, data, scheduling, and payment providers), and with a client when a prospect asks to speak with that client. We may disclose information when required by law.
5. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Suppression records are kept so we can continue to honor opt-outs.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your rights

8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version is posted on this page with a new date.
